At MySodiac.com, each astrology reading is individually created based on the personal data you provide. As such, our products are considered customized digital content.

Refund Eligibility:
We offer full refunds only if your personalized reading has not yet been delivered. Once the reading has been created and sent to you, we are no longer able to process refunds, in accordance with EU consumer protection law for custom digital goods.

Dissatisfaction & Follow-up Option:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are truly dissatisfied with the delivered reading, we offer a one-time opportunity for a more detailed, extended version free of charge.

To be eligible for this option:
– You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your reading
– You must explain briefly what felt unsatisfactory or unclear
– This extended version will be tailored further to your questions or concerns
